Jennifer earned her PhD (and masters)in Educational Psychology, Statistics, Measurement and Evaluation, from Rutgers University and completed her undergraduate work at Fordham University majoring in Economics, Psychology and the fun of New York City. She loves hanging out with her family including three daughters who are off the family payroll, her husband who adores her ambition, and her insane reactive rescue.
